Wisdom Tree Services was founded by Eric Ciampoli, a Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Leader with 16 years of experience in industries like aluminum casting, industrial heating, and more. Having spent years optimizing operations and improving efficiencies, Eric recognized a common challenge—businesses needed skilled talent but struggled with high costs and workforce management.
He saw an opportunity to build an outsourcing model that worked differently—one where businesses received high-quality, managed support while professionals were fairly compensated and motivated to excel. With this vision, Wisdom Tree Services was created—an outsourcing partner that ensures businesses run efficiently while fostering a strong, engaged workforce.
